Deeper APP Privacy Policy

Introduction

Thank you for using the software application Deeper – Smart Fishfinder (“Application”) that was created by Deeper, UAB (“Deeper”). This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how Deeper processes (including collection, usage, storage, disclosure, and transfer) your information in connection with the Application.

By registering and using the Application, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy now and as may be amended by Deeper in the future. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, then please do not use the Application.

Information collected

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download, install, register and use the Application. Please note that you will not be able to use all the features of the Application unless you register with us.

User provided data 

When you register and use the Application, you generally provide us with the following data:

When you use the Application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to provide you all Application features. If you do not want us to use your location you should turn off the location services for the Application located in your account settings and/or in your mobile device settings.

 Children’s Privacy

 No one under 13 is allowed to create an account in the Application. By creating an account and using the Application you hereby represent that you are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. You can also stop all processing of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application.
