Introduction
Thank you for using the software application Deeper – Smart Fishfinder (“Application”) that was created by Deeper, UAB (“Deeper”). This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how Deeper processes (including collection, usage, storage, disclosure, and transfer) your information in connection with the Application.
By registering and using the Application, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy now and as may be amended by Deeper in the future. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, then please do not use the Application.

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download, install, register and use the Application. Please note that you will not be able to use all the features of the Application unless you register with us.
